Christina Lock, CEO & Founder
Christina is an entrepreneur, leader, human resources executive, and public speaker with a proven track record of building companies and talent attraction expertise. As CEO of Catch Talent, Christina leads the delivery of technical recruiting services to growing technology, creative, and government contracting companies. Prior to launching Catch, she was a founding member and Vice President of HR and Recruiting at SPARC, where her team hired over 300 Team Members in less than five years. Christina has also held leadership, recruiting, and business development positions at ARAMARK and Aerotek. Christina serves on the boards of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, Charleston Women in Tech, Charleston Southern University JRS Coding School, and has spoken at SHRM, DIG South, DisruptHR, Pecha Kucha, and the College of Charleston. She mentors fellow entrepreneurs, Mompreneurs and professionals through the Harbor Entrepreneur Center, Women in Tech, and Women’s Entrepreneur Group of Charleston.

Chad Norman, COO & Founder
Chad is a marketing and branding strategist, proven leader, speaker, founder, and author. As COO & Co-Founder of Catch Talent, he leads day-to-day operations including finance, human resources, marketing, and communications. Prior to Catch, Chad was VP of Marketing & Communication at SPARC, he served on the senior leadership team and led marketing and communication strategy across all products and services. At Blackbaud, the leading provider of nonprofit technology solutions, Chad managed digital marketing and online training teams. In 2016, Chad founded DisruptHR Charleston, a bi-annual gathering of HR professionals for a night of networking and Ignite talks. His book, 101 Social Media Tactics for Nonprofits: A Field Guide, was published by Wiley in February 2012. Chad has presented at dozens of industry events including SXSW, SHRM, DisruptHR, IHRIM, NTC, DMA, AFP, and BBCON and has lectured at Wake Forest University, Indiana University, University of Michigan, College of Charleston, and The Citadel.

Thomas Bohrnstedt, President
Thomas Bohrnstedt, a Senior Staffing and Recruiting Executive, is President of Catch Federal. He works with an array of technology, creative, DoD and Government clients to identify ways to scale and grow their businesses. His responsibilities include operations, strategy, training, recruiting, and sales. Prior to Catch, Thomas was a Senior Business Director for SCRA Applied R&D and Advanced Technology. He built a Cyber Defense Consortium of over 100 companies to pursue an Army OTA, and bid and won a $500 million dollar Homeland Security proposal. He also worked on a contract to support the Office of Small Business Programs whose main goal was to recruit and hire top Tech Subject Matter Expertise in Washington D.C. He also spent over nine years as a National top performer for an 11 Billion Dollar Recruiting Company. He was the sixth person hired and was an integral part of growing that office to over 60 internal employees. At its height he was directly and individually responsible for a 500 person contractor base and a 12 person internal delivery team.

Dan Coombs, President
As the President of Catch Talent, he is instrumental in driving recruiting efficiencies, business development, customer retention, and client success to ensure efficient operations in support of the rapid growth and business needs of our clients. Dan has over 27 years in the technology recruiting industry, and before joining Catch, he spent over 18 years with TEKsystems leading several major markets nationally, including Memphis, TN, Austin, TX, Phoenix, AZ, and Philadelphia, PA. He was also a Principal for a subsidiary of Life Cycle Engineering and built an intrapreneurial-based IT & Engineering Recruiting Firm from the ground up. Dan is actively involved with the Citadel’s Baker School of Business, The Charleston Digital Corridor, Palmetto SHRM, RestartSC Career Development, and several other philanthropic civic organizations.

Courtney Newman, Lead Technical Recruiter
Courtney is an accomplished talent acquisition leader and HR professional with over a decade of both internal and agency recruiting experience. Prior to joining Catch, Courtney was the Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Mercom, a leading technology solutions provider here in South Carolina. In her role at Mercom, she was responsible for growing the company’s services-based business unit by recruiting and hiring technical talent for Federal contracts within the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Civilian agencies. She also previously served as the Director of Human Resources and Recruiting at Booz Allen Hamilton (SPARC), a culture-focused government contracting software company in Charleston where she managed a recruiting team responsible for the staffing of service-based Public and Private Sector contracts. Courtney began her career as an Account Recruiting Manager and Lead at Aerotek where she was responsible for full life cycle recruitment in professional and technical roles, in addition to the training and development of newly hired recruiters.
