One of our core values at Catch is “Give Back,” and getting out and speaking at conferences and trade shows is a big part of how we make that happen. It’s been a busy month, which included presentations at the McLaughlin & Smoke Inform, PeopleMatter Collaborate ’16, DIG SOUTH, and Startup Grind Charleston.

Charleston Regional Business Journal staff writer Liz Segrist was at DIG SOUTH, and sat in on Catch CMO Chad Norman’s panel about recruiting talent. Liz’s article had some great quotes, and we always love the attention to our mission of helping candidates find their dream job!

“You see today that the candidates have a lot of the power,” Norman said. “It’s a candidate’s market because there is such a labor shortage, especially in the technology field, so you’re interviewing the companies as much as they’re interviewing you.”
