Charleston-based technical recruiting agency Catch Talent announces the formalization of its commercial and federal business units, along with the promotions of Thomas Bohrnstedt and Dan Coombs accordingly. 

After launching Catch Talent in 2015 to serve the surging technology sector in Charleston, South Carolina, the company founded Catch Federal in 2021 to support government agencies, primes, and subcontractors. As the business expanded, the need for focused leadership grew as well, leading to the promotion of Thomas Bohrnstedt to President of Catch Federal in January 2024.

In addition, Dan Coombs was named President of Catch Talent, where he oversees the delivery of talent attraction solutions in the commercial technology sector. With over 25 years of experience in recruiting operations, team mentorship, and growing companies, his promotion provides the alignment and focus needed as Catch moves into its second decade of serving its commercial clients.
